Dress Barn Employee Arrested For Stealing Merchandise | News
FAIRFAX, Va. (WUSA) -- A Dress Barn employee has been charged with embezzlement after allegedly stealing items from the store on Main Street and then taking the items to other chain locations for store credit, according to City of Fairfax Police.
Police say 27-year-old Mandeep Kaur then allegedly use the credit to purchase items at the store.
A security officer reported the alleged embezzlement to police on Thursday night. Kaur was taken to the Adult Detention Center and her bond was set at $1000.
