5 Reasons Every Angler Needs The Fishing Caddy

5 Reasons Every Angler Needs The Fishing Caddy

If you are someone who likes to fish, you are not alone. In fact, according to The Outdoor Foundation’s special report on fishing, around 46 million Americans participate in fishing. They also report that 81% of the time, the fishing experience is unplanned. People just decide on a whim that they want to go out fishing. Especially for those who want to just grab and go, they need an easy way to get their fishing gear to their destination. The last thing they want to do is wrestle with multiple containers, leaving them with too much to keep track of and carry. Now, a new company has changed that, modernizing how people head out to go fishing.

6 Must Have Exercises to be Fit and Fabulous this Summer

Summer is a time of the year when more people are motivated to get active. The sun is out, the weather is inviting, and people are feeling up to staying active. Yet most people don’t know how much exercise they should be getting or which ones are going to help them look and feel their best. The National Institutes of Health reports that children and youth should get 60 minutes of physical activity per day, while adults should aim to get 150 minutes per week of moderate intensity exercise, or 75 minutes per week of vigorous intensity exercise. For most people, if they can remember to get 30 minutes of exercise five days per week, they will be well ahead of the game.

EOD Warrior Foundation will be holding a run near the nation’s capital to help raise funds to further their mission of helping EOD warriors

Those who would like a way to help the many explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) military members and their families can lace up their running shoes this month. The EOD Warrior Foundation will be the beneficiary of a 5K and Half Marathon on June 25, 2017 in Georgetown, Washington, DC. The race organizers, Bishops Events, have generously offered to make the EOD Warrior Foundation the beneficiary of these great events.  Funds raised from the races will support the mission of helping EOD warriors and their families in need.

Support Veterans by Joining the EOD 131WOD CROSSFIT Movement this Fall

Veterans Day is November 11th and this day makes for a great time to consider how individuals, groups, businesses, and gyms can get involved and show their support for our nation’s veterans. While it’s estimated that there are over 19 million veterans in the country, there is one elite group of veterans in need of your support, because they have the most dangerous job in the military. This group is EOD or explosive ordnance disposal, or to many, bomb disposal. This Veterans Day, you can join a movement, and use your work out as a way to support these important members of our military.
