What comes to mind when thinking of professions in Washington D.C.? To most people, it is the perfect city to be in if you want to get into politics or law. It is not the first city that comes to mind if one is interested in the entertainment or fashion industry, yet recently there has been a growth of new artistic talent blossoming in the D.C. area especially with regards to the fashion industry. There is an array of up and coming artists, photographers and fashion designers gracing the city with their presence, creativity and hard work. Tranquility Day Spa and Salon is moving and re-opening its doors in downtown Haymarket , Va. on Tues., Mar. 29, with renovations underway to host a new Beauty Bar and Sleep Lounge in May. Salon Daniel Raises More than $500 to Help the American Heart Association

Salon Daniel collected the donations by asking their clients to wear ‘red’ on Saturdays. Salon Daniel donated 10 percent of the client’s total service to the American Heart Association.

We appreciate the support of all our customers who helped make the Go Red campaign such a success. Salon Daniel Hairstylists Donate Hair Services to Local Teens

Salon Daniel of McLean, Va. recently treated 54 local teenage girls to a ‘salon day’ in preparation for Pure Fashion Show on Sun., April 3, in Bethesda, Md. The Salon Daniel hair stylists and make-up artists shared their beauty tips and headshots were taken for the Pure Fashion Show program booklet.

 Pure Fashion is a program designed for girls, ages 14 to 18. It is a character formation program that enhances not only a young woman's external appearance, but more importantly, her interior beauty and balanced self confidence.
